Ratchet takes the Bronze in Overnight Website Challenge

The existing Bloomington Chorale (BC) site needed a web do-over. After a brief discussion with BC to understand their needs, the Ratchet team of 10, partnering w/ ideapark’s designer, dove in and exemplified agility laying out a plan to revive their web presence and brand in 24 hours. To name a few highlights, we delivered a newly branded site including a CMS, lead generation, a media gallery and media player bringing the sounds of BC online. Caprica Open Mic Facebook Application

Ratchet partnered with the Minneapolis-based agency, Fallon, to create the “Caprica Open Mic” Facebook Application as part of a larger launch of the new Syfy series Caprica … a spin-off of the Syfy series Battlestar Galactica (http://www.syfy.com/battlestar/). The application creates a forum for Caprica actors to connect directly with the fans by posing topical questions and capturing fan responses via web cam or video upload. Responses are reviewed and a set of 9 are compiled into a Caprica video documentary posted back to Facebook.

Irish Setter Hunting Boots

Red Wing Shoes wanted to update one of their premiere brand sites, irishsetterboots.com. Leveraging a data management system built by Ratchet, Irish Setter Boots was able to update their site with a new design and keep product information always current. Red Wing partnered with Olson for the design of the website.

Exploreminnesota.com

Explore Minnesota Tourism wanted to give their site a new, fresh look, while expanding the extensive search capabilities on the site. Clarity, Coverdale, Fury and Ratchet partnered for a second time to bring the redesigned site to life. New features include map based lodging and event searches and expanded RSS capability in addition to updating the administration tool set for site admins. The new site launched in August 2009.

Vasque

Red Wing Shoes wanted to update one of their premiere brand sites, vasque.com. Leveraging a data management system built by Ratchet, Vasque was able to update their site with a new design and keep product information current. Red Wing partnered with Olson for the new branding and design of the website. The WordPress blogging platform was seamlessly integrated with the main site to allow the Vasque athletes to share their stories, race results, and schedules.
