International Truck Measurement

For all International Truck properties, large or small, we work closely with Interactive Marketing Managers to identify the success criteria and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); ensuring we’re aligned with the business goals and capturing events from the first day we go live.  By analyzing the performance against these KPIs and other standard metrics, we look for opportunities to optimize SEO, improve performance and streamline user actions. We report and discuss the findings with International Truck and team partners to identify enhancement opportunities - delivering metrics via comprehensive dashboard tools and monthly "site health" report along with recommendations. We've recently completed Test & Target campaigns and an analytics-driven redesign of a key site event resulting in a 3X increase in conversion.

User Behavior and Measurement

Beyond the design and building of Tablespoon, we actively measure site usage, uptime, and performance leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, Chartbeat, and Binary Canary. Additionally, we continuously test response times with WebMetrics for real users, monitoring: - Cold page load time – the time for a new visitor with an empty cache - Warm page load time – repeat visitor, primed browser cache - HTML page load time - responsiveness and Google crawl rate - Page load times for identified competitor sites - APIs – Performance of 1st party and 3rd party API calls Analyzing all of these metrics to identify opportunities to improve speed and user experience ensures we never become complacent with the status quo. We share results with our partners and brainstorm ways to turn insights into actionable steps to continuously improve.
