Martin Davis, General Manager of Digital Marketing

Marty is General Manager of Digital Marketing for Ratchet. A true “idea engineer,” he founded Ratchet in 2004 after several years at Fallon collaborating with creative minds to bring their ideas for big brands to life. With over 20 years of experience developing technology solutions for complex business problems, Marty is as equally proficient at writing SQL queries as he is writing business plans. He credits his computer science degree from the University of Minnesota for igniting his passion for technology.

George Hilal, Technology Manager

George started his career in the deep end of the pool and hasn't left. After earning his Computer Science degree at The University of St. Thomas, he worked for a major consulting company. George engineered web applications and turned brochure sites into e-commerce driven revenue streams at the dawn of the industry. He has since established himself as a pioneer in creatively-driven web development. He has led technical teams on numerous projects that have redefined advertising and marketing forever. George approaches every problem with equal parts diligence, determination and creativity.

Matt Heinrichs

Matt Heinrichs, Digital Strategy Manager

Matt brings extensive experience in visioning and delivering enterprise level initiatives to Ratchet clients. He currently serves as Digital Strategy Manager and joined the agency in 2006. Prior to joining Ratchet, Matt served as a consultant in the areas of enterprise architecture, business process reengineering, and portfolio management. Matt excels at producing highly visible mission-critical solutions that have helped large corporations around the world including Fallon/BMW, IBM, ING, Carlson Marketing Worldwide, and Supervalu. Matt holds a computer science degree from the University of Manitoba.
